What happens once my order is placed online?

Once the order is placed, you will receive a detailed e-mail of your purchase. Bois & Cuir reserves the right to hold the order for a delay of 24 hours for any address change or cancellation made by customers before shipping the order. Please note that any order placed during the weekend or official holidays is processed within the next business day. Once the order is processed, the customer receives an e-mail with a tracking number and a link to the delivery company’s website.

How can I track my order?

Once my order is placed, can I change my shipping address?

Yes, it’s free within 24 hours: send an e-mail to info@boisetcuir.com with the order number and the complete address. We may be able to respond to this request for free if your shipment has not yet left our warehouse.

Can I set a delivery time at my convenience?

For furniture:
The delivery company (Ovation logistics) will contact you, 24-48 hours before the delivery day to schedule the time and confirm the address provided. Then, you will be contacted a second time, 1 hour prior to delivery. Once the parcel is delivered, you will be asked to sign directly on the PDA. This signature will serve as acknowledgment of receipt.

For lighting and decorations:
Canada Post is in charge of the delivery. Unfortunately, you cannot set a delivery hour. However, you have the possibility to consult your delivery’s information on their website, using your tracking number.

What happens if I miss my delivery appointment?

If you miss your appointment, the delivery company will leave a notice on your door or in your mailbox.

If I want to return an item, do I have to pay shipping fees?

It depends on the reason of your return. For more detailed information, please refer to our "Return Policy".

Can I cancel my order before delivery?

Yes, within 24 hours to obtain a full refund (free cancellation). If the order is canceled after it’s been shipped, we will deduct the delivery and return cost from the total amount you will receive as a refund.

Do you offer an assembly service?

Unfortunately, we do not offer this service. Please note that most of our products do not require assembly.

Can I place an order online and pick it up in the store?

We do not offer this option for online purchases.

What payment methods do you accept for online purchases?

Visa and MasterCard.

Do you deliver outside Canada?

At this time, we don’t ship outside Canada.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We offer Accord D financing (Desjardins). For more details, please consult the "Financing" section of our website.

I had a technical problem trying to place my order online. What should I do?

What are the opening hours for customer service?

You can contact our customer service from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm EST.

Do you offer old furniture removal or recycling service?

At this time, we do not offer old furniture removal service. However, if your old piece of furniture is usable and in good condition, you might consider giving it to the Restore (Habitat Québec) renovation center near you. The Habitat Québec Restore Center accepts a wide variety of slightly used items and the funds generated are intended to support Habitat construction projects in your area. Many charities, similar to Habitat, offer tax receipts for usable furniture that is in good condition.
