THE GUARANTEE POLICY

We are committed to the quality of our productsB&C. This is why we offer a 12-month limited warranty on all our furniture and light fixtures from the date of delivery Thus, if the product proves to be defective, we will repair the defective part. Decorative items and dishes are excluded from our warranty program. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service department.

THE CASE OF DELIVERY OF A DAMAGED PRODUCT

If the product received is damaged: Please contact our customer service (by phone) within 48 hours of delivery. You can also send us a detailed email. One of our agents will contact you as soon as possible. Note that you will be asked to attach to your request: a photo of the packaging (the product reference), a photo of the overall product and a photo of the physical damage.

THE CASE OF DELIVERY OF THE WRONG PRODUCT

If the product received is not the one ordered: Please contact our customer service (by phone) within 48 hours of delivery. You can also send us a detailed email. One of our agents will contact you as soon as possible. Note that you will be asked to attach to your request: a photo of the packaging (the product reference) and a photo of the overall product.

THE CASE OF RETURN OF AN UNDAMAGED PRODUCT

If you purchase a product and change your mind, you can still return it in its original packaging for a refund or exchange within a maximum of 3 days from the delivery date. To do so, please contact Customer Service (Email or Tel) to obtain a Return Authorization which will be sent to you by email. The refund is made on the same original payment method. We will also charge a 10% restocking fee on the amount of the returned product. Return costs are your responsibility. If this is a product purchased on clearance or final sale, no refund or exchange will be accepted.
