Return Policy

The warranty policy

At Bois & Cuir, we are committed to the quality of our products. We offer you a 12 months manufacturing warranty on all our furniture and lighting from the date of delivery. Therefore, if the product is defective, we will repair it. Decorative items (Accessories) and dishware are excluded from our warranty program. If you have any question, please contact our customer service.

Delivery of damaged product

If the product received is damaged: Please contact our customer service (by phone) within 48 hours of delivery. You can also send us a detailed email. One of our agents will contact you as soon as possible. Please note that you will be asked to include with your request: a photo of the packaging (product reference), a photo of the complete actual product and a photo of the physical damage.

Delivery of wrong product

If the product received is not the one ordered: Please contact our customer service (by phone) within 48 hours of delivery. You can also send us a detailed email. One of our agents will contact you as soon as possible. Please note that you will be asked to include with your request: a photo of the packaging (product reference) and a photo of the complete actual product.

Undamaged product

If you buy a product and you change your mind, you can always return it in its original packaging for a refund or exchange within 3 days of the delivery date. To do so, please contact our customer service (e-mail or phone) to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA), which will be sent to you by e-mail. The refund is made on the same original payment method. There is a 15% restocking fee on the amount of returned product as well as return shipping charges. If the product was purchased on liquidation or final sale, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
