Delivery Policy


We will be providing delivery to your doorstep, porch or garage as part of our contactless delivery.

We will no longer be unboxing and removing packaging during deliveries.

We ship to Canada only. For our customers who wish to purchase from Canadian territories, please contact our customer service for more details on the procedures to follow.

All our deliveries are handled by UPS Canada.

During holidays and sales, the deadlines may vary, depending on your geolocation as well.

Please note that once payment has been made, it may take up to 72 hours for your order to be accepted by our teams. Shipments are made by during the opening hours of our offices, from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm, excluding public holidays and weekends.

For any purchase made on Saturdays and Sundays, after our opening hours or during public holidays, we reserve the right to confirm your order the following working day.

Shipping charges are calculated when you proceed to the checkout process and are non-refundable. Please note that certain conditions may apply.

Once the merchandise has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary information, including the UPS tracking number. Please note that we are unable to cancel an order when the products have already been sent by our service.
