Delivery Policy


We will be providing curbside delivery as part of our contactless delivery.

We will no longer be unboxing and removing packaging during deliveries.

During holidays and sales, the deadlines may vary, depending on your geolocation as well.

Please note that once payment has been made, it may take up to 72 hours for your order to be accepted by our teams. Shipments are made by during the opening hours of our offices, from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm, excluding public holidays and weekends.

For any purchase made on Saturdays and Sundays, after our opening hours or during public holidays, we reserve the right to confirm your order the following working day.

Shipping charges are calculated when you proceed to the checkout process and are non-refundable. Please note that certain conditions may apply.

Handling time is between 5-10 days fulfilled Mon-Fri. Transit time is between 5-10 days shipped Mon-Fri.

We offer you a 12 month limited warranty on all our furniture and fixtures from the date of delivery.
